Sava safe box

To make the transport of your purchased bike to you as safe as possible, we pack each bike in a special box - Sava safe box. This box is designed specifically for Sava and ensures maximum protection for the entire bike during transport. The Sava safe box is made of specially hard cardboard. Inside you will find cut-outs that reliably prevent any movements of the bike in the box.
Only send your Sava bike in a Sava safe box, especially in the following cases:

• returning the bike within 30 days of purchase
• complaints
• sending the bicycle for service
